Ok u explained so thoroughly, I got the information about your
problem, I think, as u rightly mentioned that this problem is related
to internal cirket.  Your machine should be replaced with another one
of the same model.
I think there is nothing right now where any one can give u better
advice  now since engeneer has already visited u. Urge them to replace
the product.
