you can select the particular cell range by go to option.
for this:
press ctrl+g. go to dialog opens. now type your first cell. E.G A1 press
colon sign then and now press the last cell and press enter. you are done
with selecting the [particular range.
Now you can go to edit menu and delete the selected range.

Hi
I am in little problem as i am currently dealing with a huge amount of
data well i am quickly coming on the topic
My problem is that
I am copying data from old data sheet but need to make some changes
The data starts from cell1A and goes down to cell 39,00000 A and
there is empty cells between a1 to a 3900000 i want to remove that
blank cells by selecting the whole and i am looking for the shortcut
but i am not getting one if i dont get any then i have to do it
manually which i dont want to do and it will be a lot time consuming
If anybody can focus light on this problem will be great helpful for me
