Hi Kiran, If the order of the data written in column A is not important, you may use the Data > Sort. It would arrange all the data items in ascending or descending order in consecutive cells, that means seperate blank rows from non-blank rows.
And if the original order of the data items has to be preserved, then 1. fill in the column B with serial number using the Edit > Fill > Series to your last row. 2. Then sort the data taking data range as both column A and B, and keeping column A in the 'sort by' field. 3. The whole data in this case too will get arranged with column A data items in ascending or descending order in consecutive rows. Then select this aggregated data both in column A and B, and now sort it on column B in ascending order. 4. Your column A would have the data items in original order without blank rows.
