oh! this is really fantastic! and I would like to congratulate to winner
too but
this is equally true that these blind organizations are doing these
competition in their limited area only therefore, we can't give them the
name of "All India
competition"
If these organizations are really honest in their field, they should have to
invite applications from all over the country.

Subject: [AI] first prize in english braille reading competation
Friends,
We congratulate one of our friends Mr. Amritpal Singh who got first prize
in All India English Braille competition which was organized by one of the
leading NGO's of India, All India Confederation of the Blind, which is
working in the field of rehabilitation of the blind and promotion of
Braille in India for the last 40 years. The competition was organized in
their premises on 3rd of January, attended by more than 40 participants
from all over India, and the prizes were given away on Braille Day, i.e.,
4th of January. A German lady, Ms. Kaunte, was the chief judge of this
English competition and honorable disability commissioner, Mr. P.K. Pincha
was the chief guest in this program.
As we all know that Mr. Amritpal Singh is working as Principal, Rajiv
Gandhi Government College, Saha {Ambala} and despite being an expert in
music and computers, his English braille reading skills will definitely
become exemplary for youngsters who fear and run away from Braille
.
