Saying this competation was not arranged whole national is not true, second price in english braille reading was won by Mr.Yogesh chowdri from Amrawati in Maharashtra,he is teacher in Amrawati blind school. I personally attended the programme both on 3rd and 4th Jan in AICB. The competators had come from all over India. Vivek.
