Hello, First of all, thanks very much for all yours advise. While following the steps suggested, I faced the following problems: At verghese sir: While checking about hardware failures in the system properties could not find any information about any defects. So how do I go for checking such failures?
At amiyo sir: Visited the URL given by you and tried searching the error dll file but could not locate my file etsrvup.dll So even tried to see whether this file is missing in my specified location C:\Windows\system32\CodeIntegrity\etsrvup.dll But could not find the same. I was successful in reaching up to only system 32 but then later path could not be located i.e. from CodeIntegrity\etsrvup.dll As you have mentioned that files may be hidden so how do I chekc for these files? I have also tried giving the keywords for this file in the search of this site but could not find any desired results. At dinesh sir: I had tried to follow the steps suggested. After typing the sfc /scannow I could make out that there was some message on the screen wich of course was not at all clear to me as it was reading in some other language but could only make out that there are no repairs. Detail instruction could not be red even with jaws kursor. I could even not make out whether there was any scanning progress. So after waiting for few minutes, I typed exit and restarted my computer but the same error message came on the initial screen upon bootting. So are there any other suggestions besides going for reinstalling the OS? Sorry for bothering you again. Your response is kindly requested. Thanks, mukesh.
