Dear All, I'm not able to communicate with my one-and-a-half year-old daughter in the absence of my sighted family members. She is not able to speak. So I request you kindly to inform if any tools are available for easy and instant communication between the blind and the dumb. My daughter is able to listen and follow me but she's not been able to talk so far. Hence this request. Thanks and regards.
