Subject: [AI] Problem in skype

Dear Learned Colleagues,
Can you spare me few minutes to resolve my following problem:

When I connect my skype, I observe that the receipiant is not receiving my voice but I am able to hear him. I have changed the microphone. But the problem still persists.
With thanks and regards,

Aren't portable speech synthesizers readily available in market to take care of this need?
I know Hawkins uses one, but it is tailor made.
I mean any products to be used in general by speech impaired in their day-to-day life.
the Voice may be natural human sounding voice.

Of course, regarding the original query of the mail, I fully agree with what Harish has written.

Some children even take 2 years to speak I know couple of them. Secondly, consult ENT and get it checked if incase you are too worried because most
problem can be identified at this age.

Subject: [AI] Any tools for communication between the blind and the dumb?

Dear All,
I'm not able to communicate with my one-and-a-half year-old daughter in
the absence of my sighted family members. She is not able to speak. So
I request you kindly to inform if any tools are available for easy and
instant communication between the blind and the dumb. My daughter is
able to listen and follow me but she's not been able to talk so far.
Hence this request.
Thanks and regards.
