Hello,

In excel active sheet is the default option for ptinging. Press ctrl+p

for the print dialogue box and press shift+tab. You will find on the

next control active sheet as your default choice for printing. You

can use arrow keys to select one of the radio buttons for entire

workbook or selection.

In pdf files tab over to the print range combo box and select one

of the four options, all, current view, current page or pages. If you

select pages, you can specify pages by page number. For individual

pages, separate each page by a comma, for range of pages use a

hyphen. for instance, to print page 2 and pages 4 to 6, type in 2,4-6.
