I don't think you can do so unless that record is only one on the page.
moreover your question needs to be clarified: what is a record? how many
pages are there in your PDF? do you know on which page your record is
present? more than anything, what actually you want to do?

I am writing this privately because my messages are not reaching the list.
for your first question. by default, excel prints only the active sheet
only. if you want to print other sheets, either you switch to those
sheets by pressing ctrl page up or ctrl page down and then give print
command or in the print dialog box, change the options from active sheet
to either all or particular sheets based on your requirement. I think
former is the easier method.
for your second question. by default, adobe reader prints all the pages.
if you want to print some selected pages, after pressing ctrl p for print
command, press alt g which selects pages radio button. then tab to next
edit box where you can type the page numbers of pages you want to print
and finally hit enter and you are done.
