Hello All, Sun is tremendous source of energy to earth and cosmic energy controls everything on this planet and I believe body clock is determined by sun which in turn fixes time to sleep , why do we always sleep in night , do we have to take something from sun in morning and any alteration to body clock is against rules of nature which in turn affects health.

But when you think about it carefully, it actually makes sense. There are sounds related to day, early morning and of course nights. Besides, perhaps the temperature and other similar elements can help him/her to distinguish night and day. The only question is: What if one lives in a big city where many of these elements are not easy to identify? Would love to hear people's experience. Vetri.
