Yes extra time is alotted per hour, in prilims there are two papers
having 2 hrs each paper, therefore they give 20 minute per paper. I am
looking for any provision/ordinance in this regard which could help me
while preparing my representation to UPSC chairman. Members,
particularly legal experts may help me in this regard.
