Dear Friends, We in blindness community cannot completely do away with home based education. In case of children with severe multiple disabilities, we have to keep the option open and would have to insist that all modes of education namely, inclusive schools, integrated education, special schools, homebased education are available at any given time. I would be keen on knowing the views of our list members. In case, this is considered off-topic then may be privately. But this does require a fair amount of discussion and debate.
