I fully agree with your views. Infect, I would say that all options for all children should be made available i.e. The choice should be that of the parents of child with disability whether he/she wants his/her child to be educated in inclusive/integrated/special school. Of course in the case of child with severe multiple disability home-based education is the best at least till the time he/she is able to benefit from any other option.
