sir, there is no provision in crpc or IPC or any law for disabled people for
relefe. if laws are not gender biased, then why family members of husband
are sufferring with IPC498A. this section of IPC and CRPC.125, 25 of hindu
marrige act and sec.18 of hindu adoption and maintenance act has become good
weapon for those wives who don't want to live with her husband or his
family.

Well, I would not term it a gender biased law.
If wife is not earning, husband has to pay maintainance, and vice versa.
If the spouse is earning, or remarried, then there is no maintainance.
And more often than not, children are required to be with their mother
so we may say that biology itself is gender biased...
Well, but we may not discuss in general, as you have rightly said.
We may explore the ways blindness is relevant in divorce.

charges of adultery if proven, husband is liable to pay maintenance to his
