i myself work on Ken star. its really accessible. it has a nob and buttons to select convection, micro convection, grill, and micro grill functions. except for the cakes which i couldn't figure it out why my loved food is not being cooked in a proper shape leaving the middle portion uncooked, every other function of cooking roasting and heating works really fine. few ovens of national Panasonic also come with buttons which are really accessible. an alternative is talking microwaves: independent living aids are the distributors for the same. i remember prasanth doing a presentation on this. it should be up on his web myhome. wall mart had cook magic talking microwave with them available.
