if you are using the normal skype then you can receive the calls even from the person who is not in your contact list. for that open the skype window, press alt+t to go to tools menu, press alphabet o to go to option scroll down to privacy settings and select the option allow any one to contact me radio button checked. then press shift+tab and scroll down to calls setting and select the option allow calls from anyone radio button checked. then go to ok and hit enter. i think from normal skype it is dificult to call a person who is not in a contact, but it is vary easy if you have gw skype. if you are using gw skype then open gw skype then press alt+c to go to contact menu, scroll down to custom contact and hit enter. you will land in a dialog box where you will be asked to enter the skype name then go to ok button and hit enter. your call will be connected. enjoy! happy calling!.

Subject: [AI] Problem regarding skype.

Dear all,
As the subject line states, in skype, How to answer the call from the
persons who are not there in our contacts? Can we make calls to the
same persons? Regards,
