Dear Pranay I cannot do much to assist in this issue. However, on a related note, would like to ask you how to update ovi map data on my c5 to reflect the recent updates in the maps if any. I don't find any updates for the maps on running software update in c5. Even if it does, as it had some months ago, it only updates the software without importing the data I suppose. You had initially provided the data to populate my maps about an year ago. So, what should be done to have updated data? Rajesh
