dear members, as the subject line says i am looking for governement
recognized centres that have the authority to issue disability
cirtificate in kolkata.
i have recently shifted to this city. so i have no idea about this.
i have tried my self. for the hospitals. and i came to know that these
hospitals are divided according to ward no. that means we have to first
of all find about the area of MLA and then for the further action.
we have done this also, but one of staf member of calcutta medical
coledge of siyalda branch said that i have to submit the written
application in bangla. i can't write bangla not only this. any oficial
work is perform in english. but he refuge to except letter in english.
please suggest what to do. i am living in khidder pore area. and my ward
no. is 79.
please help me in this matter.
any assistance in this issue will be highly appritiated.
