Hi,
might be some virus has disabled the folder options. try enabling it through
group policy editor. type gpedit.msc in run dialog. I don't know other
steps.

I can't find folder options either as a submenu inside the explorer window
or as an icon in the control panel on a computer in my ofice. I don't know
how long it is missing. So I don't want to try system restore option. Can
