press enter, > Administrative Templates –> Windows Components –>
Windows Explorer
Enable and then Disable “Removes Folder Options menu from Tools menu”
Close all windows explorer windows and then open again.. most probably
your folder options is back

might be some virus has disabled the folder options. try enabling it
through group policy editor. type gpedit.msc in run dialog. I don't know
other steps.
