Aditi,
Accessibility has improved significantly for visual studio 2010 with freedom
scientific providing jaws support for VS out of the box. I use VS 2010
everyday.
Visual studio 2008 is mostly accessible and there are some third party jaws
scripts available to help.
NVDAworks partially with vs 2008 and slightly better with 2010.

For Jaws 13, I will recommend you go with vs 2010, if possible.

Regards,
Manish

Subject: [AI] accessibility of visual studio

hello all,
I am learning asp.net with c# as a part of my university course and I
am supposed to use visual studio for writing programs so just wanted
to know is there any difference from accessibility point of view in
versions of vs like vs 2008 or vs 2010?
are there any scripts available to make it more accessible with jaws?
I am using jaws 13.

cheers,
aditi
