I second Manish's point except that the output window is sometimes not read correctly in VS 2010 - you need to select all content and copy it to some editor like Notepad to read it. This typically happens when a solution containing too many projects is built. Some options that I find better in VS 2010 as compared to VS 2008 include:
1. it speaks when a build completes. 2. It automatically reads the current line of code while debugging. 3. It indicates when you end a debugging session by pressing SHIFT+F5. 4. It reads autolists well. The above list is not exhaustive but some features I can remember at present. Also I have not installed additional scripts for any version of Visual Studio. In fact, JAWS provides schemes specially created for Visual Studio which you may want to explore. Press ALT+INSERT+S to open scheme selection dialog box of JAWS and choose from Visual Studio .Net, Visual Studio .Net (Colors) and Visual Studio .Net (Indent). In short, Visual Studio is accessible (though it has room for improvement) with JAWS and ASP .Net is great. Wish you ALL THE BEST.
