एक हजार शब्दांची मर्यादा पाळावी.
कमीत कमी दृश्य संदर्भ (रंग, दृश्यांचे वर्णन, इत्यादी.) वापरले जावेत.
कथा स्वतंत्र असावी. कोणत्याही प्रकाशित अथवा अप्रकाशित कथेची नक्कल, अथवा
भाषांतरित नसावी.
कथेचे लेखन, टंकलेखन, अथवा ध्वनिमुद्रण करण्याकरिता दृष्टीहीन व्यक्ती मदत
घेऊ
शक्तात. सुवाच्य अक्षरात लिहिलेल्या, सुस्पष्ट टंकलिखित अथ्वासू स्पष्टपणे
ध्वनिमुद्रित सी डी वरील कथाच विचारात घेतल्या जातील.
ब्रेल माध्यमातील कथांबरोबर लिखित, टंकलिखित अथवा ध्वनिमुद्रित सी डी वरील
कथेची प्रतही आवश्यक आहे.
प्रत्येक स्पर्धक एकच कथा पाठवू शकेल.
प्रत्येक कथेबरोबर स्पर्धकाचे अपंगत्वाचे प्रमाणपत्र व स्पर्धेचा
योग्यप्रकारे
व संपूर्णपणे भरलेला अर्ज (फॉर्म) अनिवार्य आहे.
