Hi Mohit,
I am not left with that much words to speak. As binni mam has already
included all the tips which I use to pore food for my self. But one
amaising fact in my case is I didn't know the existence of these
tecneeques as I have never got any chance to have a formal
rehabilitation training. These were the result of my common sences.
Now I can see that all people use these tecneeques
