Do you have the Government order about which you have told the DEO?

I'll advise you to go through the advertisement issued for AP Teacher
Eligibility Test. There should be some guidelines regarding VI,
scribe, and extra time. If no such clause exists, the notification is
bad and it could have been challenged prior to the exam only.

If the guidelines are there and have not been followed, you can give
the representation to the higher officials of the department
requesting to take the disciplinary action against the concerned
examiner, DEO, and director. They are responsible for “Dereliction of
duty” and “misuse of power.”
