Dear Kavita, I have given subject line Handicap coach for ladies general passenger because the railways are converting the handicap coach to ladies general coach by themselves.
Railways are responsible for the worse condition of handicap coach. Why? because they are ignoring that this is an handicap coach and they by themselves are allowing passengers to get in and ignoring our complaints. And the worse thing i experienced that the railway helpline lady is telling me that some ladies from the handicap coach has called to helpline number and told them that there is no place in ladies general coach and please allow them while i am calling to same helpline number and the guard and police staffs are listening to them and not my complaint as this is said by the helpline call handler.
