Good initiative.

But many other VIs including me had gone to this place some years
back. It wasn’t that thrilling.

Could I request you to plan some other place; like Singhgarh or
something or any other fort close to Mahabaleshwar?
Those are not the difficult ones.

However, if not possible then I don’t mind. Kindly share the possible
dates. Preferably not 15 August. There are many things happening on
the date. All humble requests.
