Your correct i opened fire fox html document to convert into mp3. yes i had un instal the program but after installing it again it is showing the same error. Can you please tell me how to un instal completely. I had done like this 1 in search box i typed unistal a program from there a window open thre i selected kurzuvil and un instal. 2 from program files also i deleted the kurzuvil.
I want to un instal completely. I think some files are remained even though I un instal the program. another method i did is that i deleted the files from pending audio folder. but my problem is not resolved. Another thing after instaling kurzuvil it is showing the last open files.
