yes i had done that but the problem was not resolved. Any other methood. I
want to un instal this program and wants to re instal. Can you please tell

In the Kurzweil 1000, go to file/utilities/create audio and audio
spooler moniter submenu. here click "delete pending jobs and delete
completed jobs, or click delete ll. then click refresh and done.
aClose the programme and open. Now you will be able to create audio
files.
