Regarding Plextalk pocket, I happend to see it last week. It has a very cumbersome menu system. The voice quality of the TTS is very good and pleasant. Could understand it 100% the very first time. The Wi FI too is problematic and does not work with most WI FI spots. I haven't used Victor, so, can't comment on it. However, other users are very happy with it. The audio level of its in built speaker is low. Angel is ok, support for any issue is however dismal.
