after locating the folder which sheik
Mohammad ali has said, (c:\documents and settings\all
users\application data\kesi\pending audio) you have to
delete the following 2 files:
"PendingJobs.kms
"CurrentJob.kms
the most likely cause of this problem is closing the audio
spooler while mp3 conversion is on the run like shutting
down windows. it is most likely to solve the problem. it is
surprising to hear that it has not been solved. please
re-check these 2 files and report.
