Thanks Bharat, this worked. I used to be able to enter both the user ID and
password without clicking on the standard keyboard option earlier. This
problem started since switching to Jaws 13.

Geetha,

once you've entered the user ID come out of the forms mode & press the / key
on the keyboard which would take you to the clickable element, enter
password using standard keyboard hit space or enter on that & you should be
good to go.
