We, the old users, share folder in dropbox. It is possible when both of us
have dropbox account.
Just create a folder inside the main dropbox folder. Right-click on it and
arrow down to the dropbox submenu. Under it you will find a share link.
Activate it and you will land on a dropbox web page where you have to follow
the prompts.
I am not quite sure if this is still available for new users.

Zip the folder with win zip or any compression utility, put in the
public folder, then copy the public link and share with whom you want.
