Dear Chetan, You may zip all the files and share the link of the zipped folder for all files to be downloaded at once. With respect to sharing a link of folder, u can send a link to public folder also, but the link opens as explorer with its sub folders and files and probably won't start a download.
There is also an option to invite people to a specific user. The invited contact shall get complete access.
