And how could you be so sure that he has send the mail and not hacker.
Just because the mail has been send through using his e-mail ID.
Can't you understand the logic behind it, the hacker has first send
the offensive mail and then asked for apology to the list just to make
sure that the mail has been send by the owner of the mail ID.
