better you re-install your windows after formatting the c drive. no need of any software. quick format is the method where the system quickly erase all data on the drive without checking for bad sectors. for your problem, only quick format is enough and no need of full format. while installing windows, the setup asks whether you want to format the drive. at that time, choose format with fat32 or NTFS (quick) which ever you like.

Subject: [AI] regarding not enough space in c: drive

hi all
Thanks for the suggestion but I am sorry to tell that I am not very
good in handling this situation.
If any one can please give me step to step instruction, it would be
very helpful for me please
I mean, I didn't get what is quick format & I did find a folder
on my c drive called "windows old" I even tried deleting but I am not
sure what has happened to it because It didn't allow to delete.
Another thing is, do I have to use any software to delete or something because
some one told me c cleaner or something in the previous mail
I am totally confused
I am sorry for it
I request pertaining the above subject
