yes, there's a circular for concession in the rates of flats/plots
you will get either 5% of the cost or Rs/.100000-/ whichever is less, under
the Government undertaking agencies.
I will send you the circular on tomorrow evening.
This facility is available for the flats/plots sold by the government
agency like DDA. Chandigarh Housing Board Chandigarh or any state government
agencies.
