you can recover but it is not assured. the first thing you must do is not to
install new operating system on it if you have not already done so. don't
install on the formatted drives and don't write any files and folders on it.
if you have installed your operating system on the same drive, you should
avoid using system itself since there is the chance of paging file or other
system files overwriting your deleted data. better you remove the hard drive
from the computer, put it in other system as additional disk, and then try
to recover the data. use diskjetter, steller, or getdataback or similar
recovery softwares. but, all these are paid ones. otherwise, you can go for
free recovery softwares. they are however, not so efficient. wish you good
luck.

By mistake I have formatted my laptop without saving the data which is
