Hello every one good afternoon, actually i would like to inform to you that i am also facing this problem ever since i have installed firefox 20, some times jaws stop to read, after that firefox crashed,i am using jaws 13 and what about which version of jaws are you using, is it 14?, but today i tried with NVDA it works normally i did not face any problem. i recommend we should be on previous version of firefox..
