Dear List, I want urgent information to place before the Delhi High Court about any student of ICAI who is using scribes/ writers for the exam and facing difficulties since the Writer Guidelines of the ICAI are restrictive and not in conformity with the MSJE Guidelines dated 26 Feb 2013.
