Hi sir, U.P public service commission don't provide scribe guidelines publicly, i mean they don't declare these guidelines alongwith the advertisements. I could obtain their scribe guidelines through RTI application. I have those which I will send you the scanned copy. However the scribe guidelines of UPSC can be seen on their website and in each year Civil services prilimnary examination advertisement.
