You have maximised the window, but have you maximised the worksheet as well? I do not know the shortcut key to maximise the worksheet, but you can route jaws to pc, then navigate to Cell A1, just below the ribbon you should find the name of your currently opened file. Just do a left-mouse double click there and see if this resolves your issue. If not, check your zoom percentage. Get it to 75 % and see if this resolves your issue.
