Hi Renuka, As far as I know, there is no other method except using Kurzweil for this purpose. Open the text file with Kurzweil, Go to find and replace by pressing control+F, Type \n\n in the find field, type \n in the replace, and press replace all button. Hear \n means one linebreak and \n\n means. two linebreaks s.
