Caret p is just the character for line break. You have to treat it as any
character. I mentioned that replace three line breaks with two line breaks.
It will remove unnecessary line breaks. I.e. it will leave a blank line
between two paragraphs.
If you leave the replace with box empty, the lines will join without any
space in between. If you type in a blank space in the replace with box, the
line breaks will be replaced with spaces.
When text is broken illogically, you have to correct it manually. Still I
would like to mention that, in notepad when the word wrap feature is turned
off, each paragraph, whatever its size is, becomes a single large line. If
you copy the text now an paste it on to a word document, much of your
problem is solved.
However, if the text comes from a scanner, this technique will not work. In
that case, you have to edit it manyually.

Thanks for letting know of this technique.
However, I just used it and the data became 1 large paragraph.
I think, I haven’t understood your double and tripple ^ formulae.
When I copy paste some stuff from a site. Many line breaks occur other
than regular paragraphs.
Now, I tried your method, even regular paras became one.
One more thing, when two faulty paragraphing became one it didn’t
create any space between two words, the one last in the first line and
the first in the second line.
