Hi, You are in the field of Law. And I presume you would have known about the circular of MSEJ with regard to examinations for visually challenged. Why didn't you take this up till now with CCPD? I'm not talking about the exam center, which is also important. I'm talking about the scribe guidelines which are in clear violation of the above circular. You have a few NGOs in Delhi working for the rights of disabled. You should have filed a case as soon as you knew about the scribe guidelines for this exam.
