here's what you need to do. Ask your friend to start Jaws & go to the the about box of jaws & look at what is the display device listed as in the dialoguebox. It's to do with Lenovo & not jaws. Lenovo doesn't install the display drivers for the graphis card which forces windows to use the generic eindows driver. Once the laptop is on, turn on narrator & go to device manager, expand the device manager & check what is the display driver listed there. One more thing, after your friend has installed the driver, he should run a repair on jaws & it would fix it. If he still faces a challenge, ask him to write privately to me.
