Such schemes are nothing short of government charities. I have had the opportunity to discuss this issue with a senior member of this list and came to know that even UN rapporteur of Women rights has expressed her reservations on these schemes run by different state governments.
There may be many dreadful outcomes of these unwarranted, uncalled-for and cheap ideas.
