I m not so aware ,but nothing seems to b wrong in insentivising such marriages. the intentions behind ,extending material help to the marrying disabled seem to b noble. because if both the spouses r disabled ,they get double benefit. I mean ,if it does not hurt one's ego what is wrong in receiving some state help?
