Here in Gujarat, I have got a certificate in which there is a clause:
RE-ASSESSMENT IS RECOMMENDED.
iIf the disability is permanent, this clause is ticked off. That means I
don't have to renew it after five years. If this clause is not ticked off,
it has to be renewed.
